  Technical characteristics

  The conversion kits comprise:	2 pipe fittings, welded and tested for strength and leak tightness Gaskets to the meter and to the existing connection flanges Bolts for the meter and to the existing connection flanges
  Pressure rating:	PN16/ 5 bar
  Material:	Pipe fitting: P250GH/ P235GH Gaskets: Klingersil or comparable., others on request Bolts: 5.6/ 5-2, others on request
  Stamping/ certificates	Pipe fitting:  DIN EN 10204 3.1 certification with stamping and verfication of strength and pressure test PN5 Bolts: with quality and manufacturer’s mark

  The following information is required for assambling the conversion kits:

  • Design of the existing diaphragm gas meter (1-pipe/ 2-pipe horizontal or 2-pipe vertical)
  • DN, PN and dimension L1 of the existing connecting flanges
  • DN, PN and dimension L2 of the planned rotary gas meter
  • Specification the required RAL color (e.g. 1012 Lemon Yellow or 7035 Light Grey, etc.)
