    Important! For flanges DN65/ DN80, PN16, please indicate whether they have 4 or 8 holes!

    Technical characteristics
    The conversion kits comprise:
    • 2 pipe fittings, welded and tested for strength and leak tightness
    • Gaskets to the meter and to the existing connection flanges
    • Bolts for the meter and to the existing connection flanges
    Pressure rating: PN16/ 5 bar
    Material:
    • Pipe fitting: P250GH/ P235GH
    • Gaskets: Klingersil or comparable., others on request
    • Bolts: 5.6/ 5-2, others on request
    Stamping/ certificates
    • Pipe fitting:  DIN EN 10204 3.1 certification with stamping and verfication of strength and pressure test PN5
    • Bolts: with quality and manufacturer’s mark

    The following information is required for assambling the conversion kits:

    • Design of the existing diaphragm gas meter (1-pipe/ 2-pipe horizontal or 2-pipe vertical)
    • DN, PN and dimension L1 of the existing connecting flanges
    • DN, PN and dimension L2 of the planned rotary gas meter
    • Specification the required RAL color (e.g. 1012 Lemon Yellow or 7035 Light Grey, etc.)
